Bhumi Construction is a brain child of Cube Construction Pvt. Ltd. which was formed in the era of 90’s decade. Four young dynamic directors who were strived the Cube Construction Pvt. Ltd. at every aspects level of successful heights with remarkable turnover & credits. Among the young directors of Cube Construction Pvt. Ltd. Mr. Sanjay Sanghavi & Mr. Alkesh Shah are very professional & dashing leadership for having all challenges meet with an one and half decade of experience. These floated firm called Cube Construction Pvt. Ltd. gets ended when all mutually undersigned to separate, since then the evolution began and the foundation of Bhumi Construction gets incorporated in 2001 with agreement of partnership deed.
Since its establishment in 2002, a Bright New Star expanded the boundaries of the construction infrastructure across the state territory. Never before had construction activities received such traction, and work offers were made that were flawless in quality, quantity, and time management. Various works were always presented for completion well ahead of schedule and at the most competitive rates, with the highest quality supervision provided by the most professional and qualified supervisors. At the time of commencement there was only a single fundamental principle that-"NEVER BARGAIN IN QUALITY". This has been the company's guiding logo throughout and until now. It should be noted that we have never compromised on any building construction quality as well as also ensuring that all activities are done ahead of schedule. That is our goal, and we continually strive to attain it. This has resulted in committed customers. These clients insisted on having our organisation complete their projects. Through various testimonials for our company, "BHUMI CONSTRUCTION" was evaluated by the clients to be one of the leading construction and engineering companies in Vadodara. In the year, 2002, it was founded as a partnership enterprise called Bhumi Construction, then in 2013 it was changed into a private limited company called Bhumi Procon Pvt. Ltd. with the same concept. This was the concept of its directors, Shri Sanjay A. Sanghavi and Shri Alkesh J Shah, who were both young and active. They constantly carried out plans for the future, not only for today, but for the long term. They believe in preserving a long-term perspective on all clients and also on company's employees. The objective was always to develop the clients by providing high-quality work and complete satisfaction with time and manpower management. Thus Bhumi Procon Pvt. Ltd. (formerly Bhumi Constrution) has earned the respect of architects and consultants. All of the corporations demand that their money are well spent in terms of cost, quality, and time management.
