Since inception in the year 2002; a Bright New star came up with the horizons of construction industry within the span of state territory. Never before the construction activities, gained such momentum, works offers were made impeccable to match with, in quality, quantity and time management. Various works were always offered for completion much before the target dates, and at the most economical rates, with the highest quality of supervision by most competent and qualified supervisors. The cardinal principles at the time of inception were “NEVER BARGAIN IN THE QUALITY”. This has remained the guiding logo of the company throughout and even now. It may be emphasized here that at no stage, have we, ever compromised with the quality of construction and at the same time, managed to ensure that all the works were completed ahead of schedule. That is our aim and that is what we always try to achieve. This has resulted in developing devoted clients. These clients always insisted for our company to execute their works. This, itself, is a testimony for our company and this company “BHUMI CONSTRUCTION” was adjudged, one of the best construction and engineering companies of Vadodara, by the clients. In 2002 it was incorporated with partnership firm in name of Bhumi Construction and in the year 2013 it has converted in to private limited Company with same ethos ventured in name of Bhumi Procon Pvt. Ltd. This was the vision of its young and energetic directors – Shri Sanjay A. Sanghavi and Shri Alkesh J Shah. They always executed plans for the future, not for tomorrow but to take long term views. They believes in keeping long term prospective view of all clients and also of the staff of our company. The vision was always for developing the clientele, by giving them good quality of works, and the entire satisfaction of the time and manpower management. This has placed Bhumi Procon Pvt. Ltd. (formerly Bhumi Constrution) in good books of the Architects and Consultants. All the companies demand is worth their money in cost, quality and time management.
