Sr. Engineer

B.E. Civil 8 years OR Diploma Civil 10 years’ experience, capable of handling site independently. Computer proficiency is a must.

Job role:

Project Management

Oversee the planning, design, and execution of construction projects. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Coordinate with project managers, architects, and other engineering disciplines

Site Supervision

Regularly visit construction sites to monitor progress and ensure compliance with plans and specifications. Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies that arise during construction. Ensure safety protocols are followed and address any safety concerns promptly.

Team Leadership

Lead and mentored junior engineers and other technical staff. Provide technical guidance and support to the project team. Conduct performance evaluations and contribute to staff development.

Client Interaction

Act as a primary point of contact for clients. Prepare and present project proposals, reports, and updates to clients. Manage client expectations and ensure their requirements are met.

Quality Control

Implement and maintain quality control procedures. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure quality standards are upheld. Address any non-conformance issues and implement corrective actions. Reporting and Documentation Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, logs, and records. Prepare and submit required reports to management and regulatory bodies.

Technical Skills

Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project). Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

Soft Skill

Excellent leadership and team management skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
